Hello, I’m 33 years young and I’m excited to share my knowledge with you. I completed my apprenticeship at one of Germany’s most renowned establishments and, just a few years later, took on my first position as head chef. This allowed me to gain teaching experience relatively early on, as teaching, too, is a skill that must be learned. Whether serving international or local VIPs, I always treated them the same as everyone else, and they were able to enjoy a selection of fine ingredients and dishes from around the world, as well as traditional classics with a modern twist. In my view, cooking is first and foremost about a love for the ingredients and the time one dedicates to them to nourish both body and mind. What would practice be without theory? I will incorporate this into every lesson, because to cook well, one must understand cooking, merely memorizing recipes and books won’t help (at least not always). With this philosophy, I had the privilege of spending time in some fantastic and surprisingly diverse kitchens in good hotels and restaurants, until my body unfortunately forced me to stop early on, as I could no longer give all, what it takes to run a proper and well-organized kitchen. Nevertheless, I thought it would be a waste of knowledge to keep it all to myself. Voila, here we are!

With more than 12 years of experience and 6 of them as a Headchef or Culinary director in Germany I will bring you or your staff the knowledge what it needs to please your guests with highlights of the European & American kitchen. In my classes you won't learn only about practical stuff, it will be always balanced with a good amount of theoretical knowledge about products, kitchen history and recipes. There will be funny kitchen stories about my life as a Chef as well.
